DOSAGE:

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:
To prepare a feed, add 50 g (approx. 4 leveled scoops) of Fresubin® DM powder in 170 ml of lukewarm / potable water. Stir well until the powder dissolves completely. The total feed volume would be approx. 218 ml. Upon reconstitution consume immediately. If refrigerated, use within 12 hours. Fresubin® DM tastes better when served chilled.
OSMOLALITY:
536 mOsmol/kg (When reconstituted with water as per instructions for use).
SELF LIFE:
The shelf life is 18 months.
STORAGE INSTRUCTION:
After use, close the lid of jar tightly and store in cool, dry place (not in refrigerator) and away from direct sunlight. Once opened consume the contents within 2 weeks.
